Yes, you are not contractually locked in for a certain amount of time. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

So, if you feel like you have learnt all you need, then you are free to stop further tutoring.
Your subscription will be terminated from the time you cancel your reoccurring subscription.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or cash back retrospectively from the time of cancelation.

When you buy a subscription, you will be added to our system as a new customer awaiting tutor pairing.

After checkout, you will be directed to our 'student form' page where you will be able to provide details for your desired class day and time as well as any special requirements.

Once the form has been submitted,  we will assign you the right tutor for your childs needs within 24 hours.

An email will be sent to confirm that your tutor has been assigned allowing your childs classes to start immediately as per your requests.

To connect to your lesson, simply click on the zoom meeting button on your account page to activate your zoom lesson.

Our programmes are intended for children between the age of 5 – 15. However, if you are in need of brushing up your Tajwid, then you are more than welcome to sign-up.

We have staff that will be active during your child’s lessons who will pop in to the online classes from time to time for safeguarding reasons.

Yes! All our teachers are vetted to make sure they speak the English language fluently and have qualifications in teaching the Quran. All of our teachers are from the Middle-East (mainly Egypt).

We only have female teachers as we strongly believe that women are very good with children. The women we have vetted are top-of-the-range tutors who possess teaching abilities that cater well to children!

No. To put it simply, we focus exclusively on the Quran and avoid teaching other subjects to children, as we specialise in refining the Quranic fluency of children.

We do provide courses that teach children Duas; however, most of them are from the Quran.

Yes! We do group classes for children who don’t need any extra attention and are willing to work at a faster pace.

Each class is 30 minutes in duration.

We use Zoom, as it is much more secure than any alternatives and allows staff to monitor the classes.
