Completing the Quran is an important goal that every Muslim tries to accomplish at least once in their lifetime.

Ibnu Abbas radiyallahu anhu narrates that one day someone asked the Prophet (SAW), “Rasulullah, what practice does Allah love the most?” And the Prophet (SAW) replied, “Al-hal wal murtahal.” And the person asked, “what is al-hal wal murtahal, Rasulullah?” The Prophet (SAW) replied, “it is reading Al Quran from the beginning to its end, after he finished, he starts over”. 

As parents, we have found that our children are finding it more and more difficult to complete this task in our fast paced lifestyles. Despite this, the dream of every parent is to help their child complete the recitation of the Quran. We at the Quran Hour will help you to fulfil this responsibility by allocating a programme dedicated to accomplish the goal of Khatam al-Quran.

In our Complete the Quran package, we aim to focus on your child finishing the oral recitation of the Quran in Arabic.

This course will be less focused on pronunciation and more on completing the Quran. However, a basic level of Tajweed will be necessary to enrol on this course, and your child will be assessed beforehand.

Subscription Details

This course is purely oral and is solely focused on the completion of the Quran in Arabic.

The course is structured on a progression through the chapters of the Quran, all the way from the 1st Juz to the 30th.

The tutors will help by listening to your child and correcting him/her while your child reads through the passages of the Quran. If your child has difficulty with reading certain passages, tutors will read each verse and the child will repeat. The tutors will make sure that your child completes their recitation of the Quran with the correct pronunciation.

Please note, in order to subscribe to this course, your child must have a basic level of Tajweed.

We offer two lesson bundle types for this package; Fast Track and Standard option.

Fast Track

Fast Track is ideal for children that have a good grasp on the recitation of the Quran.

This programme aims to complete the Quran within 8 months. The course will be structured around completing 3.5/4 chapters every month.

Tutors will brush over your child's recitation and Tajweed for 2 weeks before starting this programme.

Standard

This package will aim to complete the Quran within 1 year. The course will be structured around completing 2/2.5 chapters every month.

Tutors will brush over your child's recitation and Tajweed for 1 month before starting this programme.

Monthly reports

We will provide written reports to you each month showing your child's progress and displaying which exact chapter and verse they are on in the Quran. We will also provide the aims and objectives for the next month.

We have created a point scoring system which gives your child the opportunity to win prizes if they achieve the required score. A gold, silver and bronze medal is awarded every month and earns the children points. These points are tallied up and prizes can be won if the required points are attained.

Certification

Once your child has successfully completed the Quran, our team will provide your child with a certificate which certifies their Khatam al-Quran.

Completing the recitation of the Quran in Arabic from start to finish with correct pronunciation
  1. This programme will be charged on a monthly basis until the duration of the programme ends or you decide to cancel.

Fast Track

This subscription will require your child to be available 3 times a week for 30 minutes over 8 months. You will be able to choose what days suit you after completing the registration.

This subscription will cost £48/month. (£7.50/hr)

Standard

This subscription will require your child to be available 2 times a week for 30 minutes over 1 year. You will be able to choose what days suit you after completing the registration.

This subscription will cost £38/month. (£7.50/hr)

Group

This subscription will require your child to be available 5 times a week for 30 minutes. You will be able to choose what days suit you after completing the registration.

This subscription will cost £30/month. (£3.00/hr)
