How can we be selling the Quran? The Quran is the holy book and word of Allah. So people will always scrutinise when they see a programme that is selling services concerning the Quran. So why do we charge for online Quran classes for children?

Tutors

A lot of the tutors who teach your children are from third world countries where they do not have many job opportunities. Especially people who have dedicated their time in learning the Quran. There are very slim financial opportunities for tutors so when an opportunity arises for someone to make a living from what they have learned, then we see it as Sadqah-Jaariya as your money is going to help people in need.

Running the institute

The costs of running an institute are more than people know. Making a website along with costs to run a website as well as other costs go unnoticed. Running an online tutoring company also means the institute not only has to hire tutors they have to pay but also admin staff. The admin of an online ecommerce tutoring company is probably the most difficult part of the job. Trying to maintain it takes a lot of time and means we must hire staff. Staff must get paid so we must charge for our services.

Remaining committed

Unfortunately, anything that comes free, is not taken seriously. When you haven't put your money in something, you remain detached to it in most cases. We have seen this with our 1 month free trials. When the free trial is active, a lot of our students tend not to show up. However, when on a subscription, students tend to always be on time!

Final Thoughts

Before judging , people need to know what goes in to running a successful institute. Money does not mean corruption, but is a means for people to live and if people are able to earn their rizq through teaching the Quran, then that should be celebrated!
